Welcome to the year’s batch of winter living room designing ideas. I’m exhibiting you my living room since it appeared so bare and wintry after I got the Christmas designs down. It will be would have to be warmed up. Following the Christmas vacations, I am usually very all set neutral.
This season was no exclusion so that’s what I did so with my cushions and almost all of the accessories. All of the cushions are ivory with handful of blue. I added a blue plaid cushion to the couch for a lttle bit of interest and tie in every the blue quilts. More on those later.
I’m intrigued right now with blending metals therefore i gave it a go on the caffeine stand. I used brass candlesticks with the galvanized snowflake lantern leftover from my Xmas decor. The genuine simple truth is that I love what to match. I love symmetry, in simple fact I don’t believe I possibly could live without it in my own home.
I love that my kitchen door hardware fits my lights and this it all fits my faucet. I really do, however, such as a variety of metals and will try to work some more into my design. Don’t be reluctant to combine metals. If you’re like me, and almost all of your metals match, adding some inexpensive accessories is ways to test it out for. I’m not recommending that you change out light fittings or door hardware.
As well as the snowflake lantern, I overlooked some more items I used for Holiday. The galvanized lanterns with birch candle lights are perfect on the classic chest. And they also have gold holders so each goes along with my “mixed metals” idea.
